Sarah Helena Coombs was born June 24th 1984, in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, UK, the daughter of John Coombs, who formerly managed Lacy Street Production Studio (the home of the "Cagney and Lacy" (1981) TV Series), and Sally Coombs, a hairstylist, beautician and model. Sarah Helena spent her formative years attending a private girls school, until the death of her mother in 1997. Two years later she moved with her family to Southern California, USA, where in her teens she showed an interest in art, acting, and modeling. Her first experience with theatrical stage work was at her middle school where she managed the lighting, sound, and technical equipment for the schools drama club. In high school, however, she expressed a greater interest in the subject of art and spent increasingly less time on her theatrical pursuits. Eventually her interest in painting and drawing grew to include costume, props, and set designs for small scale, low budget productions at her family owned and operated production studio; work for which she was rarely paid or credited but which she produced out of a love of the work. Her creative talents soon also led to a fleeting hobby: photography, but as she became further involved in LA's photographic community Sarah Helena found she spent more time in front of the camera than behind it. Through the connections she made during her short-lived modeling career she was discovered and cast as an extra in the cult horror movie "Darkwolf" (2003) and as a main character in the TV series "OC Wrestling"(2006). In 2007 Sarah Helena left the Southern California area to pursue other interests, eventually settling in central California where she continued her formal education.
