Ajuma Nasenyana

Ajuma Nadenyana is a runway, print and television commercial fashion model. Nadenyana appeared on the cover or been featured in many international fashion magazines including Elle, Dazed and Confused, Gala and W among others. She has been in campaigns for Target, Vivienne Westwood, Marc Jacobs, and Issey Miyake among others. Among her career highlights have been appearing in the 2006 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, a 2007 national Target television commercial and becoming a face of Marc Jacobs in 2009. She was born Ajuma Nadenyana on January 14, 1984 in Lodar, Turkana, Kenya. She was discovered at age nineteen when spotted by a model scout at the Miss Tourism Kenya competition which she won.
