Jerry Hopkins

Jerry Hopkins was born on November 9, 1935 in Camden, New Jersey, USA as Elisha Gerald Hopkins. He is known for his work on Shivaree (1965), The Steve Allen Playhouse (1962) and Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations (2005). He was married to Lamyai Sakhohlam, Rebecca Erickson Crockett, Jane Hollingsworth and Sara Cordell. He died on June 3, 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand.
