A screenwriter and filmmaker in his twenties, Seth pivoted into real estate and became a successful designer and builder of luxury homes. Always intending to return to his original ambitions, Seth came back to filmmaking in 2012 and has since focused on a wide range of productions including shorts, documentaries, features and reality TV.
