Barry Smith

Barry was "born at an early age" and grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. He graduated from Northeast High, where he had 15 seconds of conspicuous screen time in the award-winning Frederick Wiseman documentary "High School"...as fate would have it, his film career did not take off for several more decades. Barry did not begin acting until he had reached middle-age, which only goes to show that it's never too late to follow your heart's desire. He hopes to play many diverse roles, and to continue to work with a variety of outstanding filmmakers in the New York/New Jersey area. Barry is married to a wonderful woman, and lives happily on a lake in northern New Jersey.
