Gena Helen Ashwell

Gena Ashwell is a British/Australian creative producer, starting her career in the UK she has worked across production, financing, development and sales for the past 20 years. She was selected as part of the South Australian Film Corporation's "Gender Agenda" program to be mentored by one of the most prolific and experienced producers in the business, Cassian Elwes (Mudbound, Lawless, The Butler) based in his Los Angeles office. She is company director of dancing road productions based in Adelaide, South Australia with business partner Helen Leake AM and chair of The Mercury CX.
