Along with Edward Norton and Peter Sarsgaard, she has studied at the prestigious acting school, The T. Schrieber Studio, in New York City. She has also been in many productions at the Studio, including the leads in great plays such as "Kristine" in Henrik Ibsen's "A Doll's House", "Jane" in Noël Coward's "Fallen Angels", and "Cleo" in Clifford Odets' "Rocket to the Moon". Despite her distinct Brooklyn accent, Jeanine has managed to shed it for every part that she has played for these plays.
She has also been a member of New York's Total Theater Lab. with accredited theater coach, Caroline Thomas, where Jeanine has revived her role as "Cleo" in "Rocket to the Moon" and "Holly Golightly" in Truman Capote's "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Caroline Thomas has coached many working actors, such as James Gandolfini of The Sopranos (1999) and actress Zoe Saldana from Guess Who (2005).
