André Otzen Vridstoft

André is the son of legendary Executive Producer of Childrens Television, Preben Vridstoft. When he was only 12 years old, his father hired him as a production assistant and runner (uncredited) on some of his productions. He intended to dilute André's fascination with this line of work by showing him all the complications involved with producing television. Unfortunately for him that only made André's interest much greater. André went on from the Danish Gymnasium to study Philosophy and Film & Media Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. He also took a course at the European Film College, and followed several courses on management structure and leadership roles within the film industries held by the Copenhagen Business School. In between these studies he worked as volunteer on a number of small productions and student films from the Danish film schools. He currently works freelance, and runs a small productions company called Charlie Papa Hotel Productions.
