Nemanja Maras

Nemanja Maras was born on 18th of April 1989 in Belgrade. Towards the end of 2006 he starts gaining an interest in photography and in 2008 attends the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, majoring in aplied graphics/ photography. Nemanja's primary interests are directed towards fashion and marketing photography, areas in which he has already shown distinctive talent. His photographs have thus far been published in the magazines such as 'The Man', 'Status' and 'FAAR'. For several years now, Nemanja is the lead photographer for two music houses, '13Family' and 'GrupnaTerapija', where he also has the responsibility of developing all commercial campaigns and cover materials for music productions. During his career, Nemanja has developed and built successful relationships with the likes of Kristina Kovac, Struka, Dada, Lud, Bata Spasojevic and the list extends further. Apart from the previously mentioned success, Nemanja was also the recipient of the first prize in the category of photography at the Regional Center for Talent Scouting, as well as the recently held S.U.N.D festival. Nemanja further felt it was a great honor for him having the ability to portray and display his work at the World Biennial of Student photography, held in Novi Sad in 2009. Despite all his business engagements, he is still determined to dedicate his time towards his degree and further proving his talent. On 21st of May 2010, Nemanja officially opened his first photo studio
