Biography

Daniel Amos (aka D. A., Dä) is the eclectic and always creative American rock band formed in 1974,by 'Terry Taylor', 'Marty Dieckmeyer' on bass guitar, 'Steve Baxter' on guitars and Jerry Chamberlain on lead guitars. Although the band started out as an acoustic trio, the band quickly evolved back to their musical roots of rock and roll after their first album. In the 1980s, the band even dabbled in punk, new wave, surf music and other musical styles. By 1984, the line up had changed several times, but settled on Taylor, bassist Tim Chandler, guitarist Greg Flesch and drummer Ed McTaggart.
