Gabriel Carrer (born May 21, 1981) is a film director, screenwriter and producer. He is a graduate from the School of English and Theatre studies at the University of Guelph and the Suzuki Method. He is known for directing the vigilante genre film The Demolisher (2015) which won the Silver Audience Award at the Fantasia International Film Festival where it had its world premiere, and In the House of Flies (2012) featuring punk rock icon and social commentator Henry Rollins as "The Voice". Carrer also co-directed the action/siege film For the Sake of Vicious (2021) with filmmaker Reese Eveneshen that premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival, and continued to screen across the world at Sitges Film Festival and London FrightFest Film Festival.
Other credits include directing the documentary film Underbelly (2021) produced by Brian Greif (Saving Banksy) . This documentary explores the world's best-kept urban art secret with the world's leading urban artists, such as Ron English, Swoon, Faile, Revok, Shepard Fairey and many others.
