Arthur Tolcher

Arthur Tolcher was born on April 9, 1922 in Bloxwich, Staffordshire, England. He was an actor, known for Morecambe and Wise at the BBC (1979), The Morecambe & Wise Show (1978) and Halls of Fame (1984). He died in March 1987 in Bloxwich.
