Dre Slaman

Dré is a San Diego native who moved to Los Angeles after earning her MFA in Acting at Northern Illinois University. At Northern, she studied the Meisner Technique under master teacher Kathryn Gately. She has also studied at the Moscow Art Theatre, the William Esper Acting Studio in New York and received her BA in Theatre Arts at University of the Pacific. In Los Angeles, she was Artistic Director of Momentum Theatre Group and proprietor at the Lex Theatre. As of 2010, Dre has worked in Portland, Oregon while serving as President of the Portland Area Theatre Alliance.
