Regererai Page better known by his stage name Regé-Jean Page is an actor and advocate for wanting to break down the boundaries of what is considered normal and do away with labels - gay, straight, brown, white. He had his breakout performance in 2020 as 'Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings' in Netflix's drama series "Bridgerton." His stage credits include "The Merchant Of Venice" and "The History Boys." His television credits include "For The People," "Roots," "Spark,""Waterloo Road," and "Fresh Meat." On the big screen, Page had minor roles in "Sylvie's Love", "Mortal Engines" and "Survivor." For his performance as 'Simon Basset' in ''Bridgerton'' he has garnered several nominations at the beginning of 2021 and he won trophies in his respective categories at the MTV Awards and the NAACP. After this he had a role in ''The Gray Man'' and in 2023 he will appear in "Dungeons and Dragons". Page will also star in and executive produce Paramount's reboot of "The Saint" as well as Noah Hawley's untitled heist film. He was also a featured voice cast member of the audio book adaptation of Neil Gaiman's "The Sandman: Act II".
