Sarah Fleming

Freelance Assistant Director based in Memphis and surrounding area. Available for 1st or 2nd AD positions. DGA eligible. Fleming is an award winning filmmaker, artist, and community leader. With over 15 years of experience, she has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of filmmaking. She is a co-founder of Memphis Women in Film, a group of filmmakers dedicated to advocating for greater representation of women and girls in filmmaking roles in the Memphis area. She has been recognized by CODA and the American Advertising Federation for her outstanding service to the arts and cultural diversity. When she's not actively working on a project or encouraging creativity within her community, Fleming enjoys spending time with her partner and frequent collaborator, Christopher Reyes, and their two daughters, Mati Lou and Joey, who fill their lives with much excitement and little sleep.
