Constantin Chelba

Constantin Chelba is a Romanian film cinematographer,actor,director and writer.He was born on August 5 1949 in Bucuresti , Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography .In 1980, he play in the first movie Proba de microfon.Known for work in films Exercitiu de admiratie (1991), Scara (2021) and Cintec in zori (1988).
