Biography

Francoise Noel Catenaro was born on 19 December 1969. She is of Italian, Spanish, and Hawaiian ancestry. Miss Noel grew up in Queens, New York and attended parochial school for several years and then went to public elementary schools. She graduated from Division Avenue High School, in Levittown, NY, in 1987. During this time she pursued a career in film and print work. The highlight of her film career had to be the TV film, directed by Daniel Mann, "The Day The Loving Stopped." Other credits include small roles in "Arthur" and "The Chosen."
