James Freedman

James Freedman is a British entertainer and deception consultant. An expert pickpocket and authority on fraudsters, confidence tricksters and hustlers, he has acted as specialist consultant and technical coach on numerous movie, TV and theater productions. Best known as a stage performer, his one-man show, James Freedman: Man of Steal won critical acclaim and enjoyed a sell-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory Theater before transferring to Trafalgar Studios in London's West End. Other theater credits include "Dr Faustus" and "James Freedman: Moment of Truth". Freedman also works as a speaker, adviser and educator on the subjects of crime prevention, social engineering and fraud. He was recently appointed by City of London Police as the first UK Fraud Prevention Ambassador.
