Paul Karpenko started making films while in college at UIUC where he co-ran the filmmaking club, Illini Film and Video. In 2012, he wrote, directed and shot the sci-fi short White Elephant in Chicago which was screened at the LA International Underground Film Festival. More recently, he wrote, produced, and directed the crowd-sourced web series Re-Election. He continues to be a filmmaker living and working in Los Angeles.
