John Carlo Lockmer

John Carlo Lockmer is a Bolivian American that has produced several independent short films. His Animated Film "Love like a Hero" Won Best Virtual Film in 2021 and His Film d.o.G won Best Comedy in 2019 (168Film Festival) . He was nominated Best Director in Lockman Production short Film "The Paperclip", a film that won Runner-up best Film in 2016. His films have received awards in festivals throughout the U.S.. John Lockmer is now a full-time Digital Advertising Consultant, and continues to produce short films with his Longtime friend Justin Manntai.
