Rebecca Bowers

Rebecca Jane Bowers was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on Thanksgiving Day (November 26th) 1981 to Roger and Denise Bowers. She currently resides in Greenville, SC with her husband, Harry Hill; daughter, Loriel; peekapoo, Violet; and a couple of parakeets. After over 2 decades of singing and acting on stage and 2 independent films, a hiatus from the performance arts ensued as she pursued other interests. In June 2011, she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University's Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Bowers then went on to complete a residency in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. In January 2015, she became an assistant professor of osteopathic manipulative medicine at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC. She also enjoys reading, writing and gardening.
