Biography

Director, cinematographer and scriptwriter. He participated in the Festivals of Berlin and San Sebastian with two shortfilms, "4 Km" and "Hop!". Director of "Prisma", a series for TVE (1991, 26x30min.), a personal proposal with a purely visual style; the observation of people's life and nature in different parts of the world. Some of the works: "Turkana", "The beach", "Galapagos, the Darwin's journey", "A-Tila", "Barcelona 1800-1900", "Is land", "Ol Doinyo Lengai", "Tourist", "Costa Brava", "Ireland, stone in time", "Train to the tropic", "Otavalo-Barcelona". Director and scriptwriter of the final film of the Barcelona'92 Olimpic Games during the closing ceremony. He directed 300 short fiction stories for "Pinnic" (children TVE program, Ondas Intern.1993, bronze New York Fest.1994). Author of the documentaries "Living the utopia" (1997, 94 min., anarchists remembering their revolution during the spanish civil war. Arte-TVE), "Carme Riera, landscapes for happiness" (2001, 50', super16mm, TVE) and the awarded "Babel 2015" (DTV-Natura, 2000). With his company, Paradocs, he has been producer, director, scriptwriter, cinematographer and editor of documentaries filmed in Bali, Ecuador and Mali. Director, co-scriptwriter, cinematographer and editor of "Searching for the first european" (50', Turkana films, Roma Docscient 2011, best documentary on science and gold medal World Media Festival, Hamburg 2012). Since 1997 is member of the EDN.
