Stephen Garvey

The Washington Times has described Stephen Garvey as "Fresh and Quirky...bringing the same intensity to life's trivialities as 'Seinfeld.'" Steve is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts Dramatic Writing Program. His works have received several stage productions in New York and Washington, D.C. His screenplays have received honors including: Kevin Spacey's Triggerstreet.com Screenplay of the Month (multiple wins), first place in the One-In-Ten Screenplay Competition, top 100 placement in Project Greenlight, recognition from The Academy Foundation's Nicholl Fellowship, finalist placements in Scriptapalooza, the San Diego Film Festival and American Accolades screenplay competitions. In 2005, his screenplay "9/11 Kevin" was honored with a staged reading at the Nantucket Film Festival. Steve resides in New York with his lovely and supportive wife. He is currently a brunette.
