Ric Sechrest

Born in Maine, raised in Bangor, England and Florida. Began acting at the age of 5 in a staged production of Peter Rabbit. Works mostly off-Broadway with some time given to television, film and radio. Major interests lie in movement based theatre, Grotowski, Lecoq, Suzuki and Viewpoints. Attended Syracuse University for undergraduate and University of Maine and Ohio University, respectively for graduate degrees.
