Sofia D'Marco

Originally born in San Jose, Costa Rica, Sofia is a Los Angeles-based actress and writer. For over ten years Sofia has been learning alongside Ivana Chubbuck, who inspired Sofia to write and star in her first film, "this is how i lost my virginity", a film based on Sofia's life, also directed by daughter, Claire Chubbuck. Sofia's film is her radio signal to those who are silently struggling. The ability to take the worst of circumstances and change them, be empowered by them, and create hope with them.
