John Norton

John Norton has worked in the film and TV sector in Ireland since 2003. He is one of Irelands best known TV producers having produced ratings winners such as Fade Street, Celebrity Salon, Dublin Housewives, Brian and Pippa are getting Married and Exiles : Vancouver as well as critically received award winning films such as The Prizefighter, Nostradamus and Me and Limbo. He is an IFTA nominated Producer and graduate of the Media Business School in Rhonda, Spain as well as the prestigious EAVE producers course. He is the founder of the Irish Film Academy at Ardmore Studios and he received a fellowship from the European Institute of Communications for his work in Film and Television. In 2012, John was named in Image magazines 40 most inspiring under 40, annual list alongside such names as Michael Fassbender and Robert Sheehan. In the same month he was also Nominated for person of the year at the industries VVIP awards.
