Ludwig Fels

Ludwig Fels is a German writer and playwright who got his breakthrough with the novel " Die Eroberung der Liebe/ Bleeding Heart" (1981/1993). Fels write novels, short stories, poetry and journalism. He has received a number of awards, among them the Hans Fallada Preis and the Elias Canetti Award. His "Rosen für Afrika / Roses from Africa" (1987) was filmed by Sohrab Shahid Saless in 1992. Ludwig Fels live in Vienna, Austria, since 1983.
