Filippos was born in Athens-Greece and has a BA from the Economic University of Athens. His five years of professional managerial and marketing experience include various media aspects: Film Production, Advertising, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Print Media. He moved to Los Angeles to obtain his film studies Masters Degree at A.F.I., as a Creative Producer. His professional goal is to create intelligent, visual film concepts that offer an alternative point of view to mainstream audiences. On 2004 he received the Diversity Award Scholarship from Multicultural Motion Picture Association. Filippos has produced four short films including A Perfect Day For Bananafish (2004) with Sam Esmail Directing and Keeper of the Past (2005) winner of Special Jury Award in WorldFest Houston, starring Adam Rodriguez ( CSI: Miami (2002) ) and Steven Bauer ( Scarface (1983) ), when Filmark Productions was born. He also has several credits at the Art Department and is the owner of filippos.com since 1998. .. Worked as a producers assistant for The Bondage (2006) and Another Gay Movie (2006) and in Development for Ithaka Entertainment - first look producing deal with Lions Gate Films. He returned to Greece, and during 2006-2015 was working in the development of original TV series for Mega Channel in Greece, as a Network Executive and as a script doctor. Filippos has also YouTube presence by directing/writing/producing/teenage popular videos of 800.000 total views. Since 2012 he's writing his own novel.
