Tony Lagarto

Tony Lagarto was born on November 25, 1966. He was raised in the Danbury, Connecticut, the town of his birth, along with three older sisters and two younger brothers. His first job was for a local printing company, but then worked for a large business machines corporation for nine years in their computer department. After moving to Washington, DC, in 1995 he began a career in graphic arts and web design, which led to the creation of jerriblank.com, a fan site dedicated to Strangers with Candy (1999). The website was recognized by the show's creators/writers/stars, as well as by fans, as an invaluable resource for all things related to the Comedy Central cult hit. This recognition gave him a position as an honorary member of the "Strangers With Candy" crew plus a cameo in the film version and a job as the official designer and webmaster of strangerswithcandymovie.com.
