Biography

Originally from Arizona, Michelle has been performing on stage since age 9. Her first paycheck came from (then) Phoenix Little Theatre, the same local theatre that gave breaks to unknown local talents Nick Nolte and Steven Speilberg years earlier. After studying at Emerson College and The Lee Strasberg Institute at NYU, Michelle sharpened her skills performing with companies across the country in productions of West Side Story, Annie Get Your Gun, Blown Sideways Through Life, Man Of La Mancha, The Waiting Room, Twilight of the Golds and she was one of the first women in regional theatre to perform all 42 personalities of Sam in the one-man comedy, Fully Committed. She was named "Best Reason to Stand in Line for Theatre Tickets" by the New Times, and is a member of the filmmaking collective known as FEWDIO, with whom she wrote, produced and starred in the seminal award-winning web series, "Nightmare House."
