Independent Documentary Documentary Producer/ Director since 2012 Donna was born in Brisbane, Australia, her parents of German and English heritage. Formative years were spent living on a boat built by her father, then later in a small house built by her parents in the rainforest in far North Queensland. Later school years spent in Brisbane, later graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Film and Television in 1993. 1994 working on TV Commercials and a TV series in Brisbane. In 1995 a move to Melbourne where she began a successful career as a Standby Props Person in the film and Television industry. One of her first jobs as Props Person on the long running TV series, 'Neighbours' In 2001 she moved to Cologne in Germany to pursue a new career starting a small fashion label, F'Art, Designing and creating wearable art, selling to various Boutiques in Berlin, London, and Melbourne. After some mild success she returned to Brisbane, in 2005 she studying Horticulture & Aged care, leading to a variety of interesting part time work. In 2010 Donna got married, first relocating to Singapore, then London for her husband's job in the computer games industry. In London, UK, Donna studied Documentary filmmaking at MET film School, to update her skills in Digital film production, and made her first Documentary in 2011. She continues to make documentary films independently, as of March 2018 she resides in North London, United Kingdom with her husband Dustin.
