Dennis Bentivengo

Dennis was born, and raised in Bellflower, CA where he decided to work in Special Effects for films at the age of 14. He took classes, and took jobs that would some day contribute to him being a well rounded person and a Special Effects Technician. At the age of 20 he graduated from I.T.T. Technical Institute with an A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology. He then began working as a Pyrotechnician for a local fireworks company while working in the Telecommunications industry full time. After working as a Flight Simulator Technician, and starting his own business, he began working at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA as a Pyrotechnician. At Disneyland he worked with a very talented group of Pyrotechnicians on shows such as "Remember Dreams Come True", "Believe in Holiday Magic", "Fantasmic", "Magical", "Halloween Scream", and the New Year & Independence Day fireworks shows. While working at Disneyland, he began working Special Effects in 2008, and has been doing Special Effects for Commercials to this date. He does Special Effects for film with The Way Effects. He is also in the process of Executive Producing a short film along with his wife Olivia for the 168 Hour Film Festival under their company Matthew 6:33 films, where they hope to bring quality film making together with family friendly biblical values to create Quality Films in every meaning of the word.
