Biography

Jack Hourigan (Food Network, and WUAB's The Block (2003)) is the youngest of nine children, Jack Hourigan grew up just outside Toronto, Ontario, in Canada. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal and the famed Second City Conservatory, she has written and performed three shows with "The Second City Cleveland". In her spare time, she co-hosts The Block (2003) on UPN and reports mildly amusing stories for CBS 19-Action News in Cleveland. Her favorite job is being Mom to her son Spencer, with whom she shares a love for horses, hockey and chocolate. She can be seen in the motion picture _American Splendor (1999)_ (qv_. In August of 2003, Jack became the co-host of the Food Networks "How to Boil Water" (2003) series.
