Bill Walley

Bill Walley was a radio and television personality in Fairbanks, Alaska from the late 1950's to the early 1990's. His on-air persona was also know as "Wee Willie Winkie". He died in 1991. Bill was Mayor of Fairbanks from 1982 to 1988. He was a primary candidate for Governor of Alaska in the late 80's.
