Sandra grew up in Sydney, Australia where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Business Administration from La Sierra University, California. She moved to Chicago where she studied dance at Joel Hall Studios and acting at the Center Theater. Later on she relocated to Los Angeles and while working freelance as a music supervisor recorded her first CD "THYME".
After studying screen writing and story analysis at UCLA Sandra began writing screenplays and has placed in the quarter finals and top 200 of the ASA and Page International Screenwriting competitions. She acquired her MBA from La Sierra University and went on to run Particle Engine, a music production and licensing company.
In May 2012 she formed Twisted Munchkin and wrote, directed and produced her debut film, "The Adventures of Gilbert the Goofball".
She is presently a freelance writer for Life in LA and Australians in Film and continues to reside in Los Angeles with her husband and two cats.
