Phil Kernot

Phil Kernot was a British actor. He was born in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England in 1917. He appeared in Coronation Street (1960) in September 1981 as a Husband in a Mr and Mrs competition held in the Rovers Return public house. He also appeared as a security guard with Victoria Wood and Julie Walters in Wood and Walters (1981), Further appearances were in the series One Summer (1983) and the film No Surrender. He died in 1996.
