Biography

Dennis Dannel also has numerous New York Theatre credits, including several Shakespeare leads ("Taming of the Shrew," "Loves Labour's Lost," "As You Like It"), modern classics ("A Streetcar Named Desire," "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof") and has originated numerous roles. Most notably, he produced and starred in the Off-Broadway hit, "Icarus & Aria," which was favorably reviewed by The New York Times. Dennis graduated from The University of Virginia and Tulane Law School. After law school, he left the law to attend NYU's graduate program in Performance, majoring in Acting and Vocal Jazz. Dennis also completed the 2-year Meisner program at The William Esper Studio, studying with Bill Esper.
