Dr Walker - born as Ingmar Koch - head of the Liquid Sky artistcollective Portugal, co-director of lsbTV, multimedia artist, composer, sound designer, video artist, director, producer, record label owner, founder of "Rotten Cat" filmproduction and the "Ufo Academy" publishing company for horror-, sci-fi-, mystery-, thriller-, abstract& dada art-filmmusic - administrated by Freibank music publishing Hamburg. In 2022 Dr Walker and the Liquid Sky artistcollective open the "Liquid Sky Ufo Academy" film studios in south Portugal, a conglomerate of film studios, Dolby Atmos surround sound studios, post production / film editing suites, workshop rooms and reforestation project.
