Himalay Dasani

Himalay was born in the Sindhi-speaking Dassani family. He shot into fame after getting married to Bollywood mega-star and his childhood sweetheart, Bhagyashree Patwardhan. She quit acting after the marriage, and the couple became parents of two children, a boy and a girl. When his wife refused to appear on the screen with any other male actor, he himself appeared alongside her in three movies in order to enable her to make a major come-back on the silver-screen - without much success. He has now opened his very own production house and is involved in making TV serials with his wife assisting and acting in them.
