Suon Bou Loto

Suon Bou Loto was a Cambodian Comedian and Actor during the 1950's to 1975. He was born sometime in 1936. He is known for playing the red tuxedo man in the film, City of Ghosts (2002). He was casted in mostly comedic movies during the 1960's and 1970's due to his height. He would later pass away on August 7, 2006 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
