Tommy Houlihan

Born in the tough Manhattan westside neighborhood called "Hell's Kitchen" in 1970, Tommy is the son of Tom Houlihan Sr. who was a member of the infamous New York City Irish gang called the "Westies". He is also an acclaimed tattoo artist whose work can be seen in many of the leading tattoo publications.
