Daniel Maldonado

Daniel is a writer/director who's worked in the industry as a prop master in the art department for 20 years off an on,. Starting with the music video boom in the late 90's with artists such as Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson & Busta Rhymes. He has since worked on over 80 commercials & videos and moved onto Independent Feature Films working on projects such as Sundance winner Crown Heights, The Farewell and The Forty Year Old Version. He's also worked closely with such talents as Lakeith Stanfield, Awkwafina, Ben Stiller, Cynthia Nixon and director Michael Almereyda. Please see additional bio for writing/directing.
