Jana Horak

Slender and attractive 5'7" blonde Jana Horak was born on September 5, 1975 in Stow, Ohio. Horak got started with Playboy after she recognized Playboy Playmate Nicole Marie Lenz in a club and asked Lenz for the number of a Playboy recruiter. Jana was the Playboy Cybergirl of the Week for December 4, 2000. Horak was subsequently voted Playboy's Cybergirl of the Month for April, 2001.
