Norman Wright

Mr Wright sang as a tenor chorister with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company from 1969 until 1971. After leaving the company, Mr Wright performed with Sadler's Wells Opera and the Gilbert and Sullivan for All company. In recent years, Mr Wright, with his wife (former D'Oyly Carte principal contralto Christene Palmer) has directed several opera productions for amateur company (including the Coventry Savoyards), and still regularly performs with the Magic of Gilbert and Sullivan concert group.
