Pamela Porter

Born in Augsburg, Germany on an Army base while her father was stationed there. Pamela grew up in Michigan. She lived on Mackinac Island, a resort island in Lake Huron where Somewhere in Time was filmed, and then later moved to Wyandotte, a suburb of Detroit and graduated from Roosevelt High School. She earned a BA from the University of Michigan, where she participated in many theater productions. She's part Chippewa Indian and is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie tribe.
