Anisha Pattanaik

Anisha was an accomplished actress in India with over five years of experience. Her desire and passion to become a filmmaker brought her to the U.S where she initially completed two total immersion certificate programs with the New York Film Academy (NYFA). She then graduated with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Directing from the American Film Institute (AFI) and continued to develop her skills as a writer through screenwriting courses at UCLA. She has worked as a Director's Assistant in the Independent feature, Leela, has directed ten of her own short films including her thesis, Retirement Rehearsal, and has worked on over a dozen other projects in various capacities. After graduating from AFI, Anisha interned at Spy Glass Entertainment before she left to shoot her first feature, Between the Lines.
