Amparo Lucas left the Philippine Movie Industry when she married Roger Tandiama and they both lived in Japan for nearly 16 years. Even though she left Philippine show business, she still maintains close personal relationships with former movie cast mates like Ms Susan Roces, Fernando Poe Jr (better known as FPJ), Liberty Ilagan, Amalia Fuentes and Dolphy. She and Roger have 3 children ... Michie, Marie-Jo and Roger Jr. Both Michie and Marie-Jo are happily married and Roger Jr. is still single. She has relatives in Victoria, Australia.
