Industry recognized Rights & Clearances/Licensing/Archival Producer with experience on both the business and creative sides of Entertainment film/TV productions. Adept at making cost/benefit decisions. Effective management of personnel. Presently freelancing as the Rights & Clearances / Archival Producer Consultant on a handful of high-profile series and documentaries. Currently working with ABC's Tamron Hall Show. Wrapped work on Page Six TV for FOX, as well as programs with A&E, BBC, PBS, WARNER BROS, 40 ACRES AND A MULE, ENTERTAINMENT ONE, SPIKE TV, SHOWTIME, EPIX and ESPN. Previously a longtime veteran of HBO. At HBO, in the beginning, produced more than 170 short-form features and promos. In that role, earned in Emmy relating to INSIDE THE NFL. Handled Rights and Clearances for over 120 HBO programs, mostly long-form documentaries. Concurrently, headed up an 8-person team relating to HBO's clip licensing division, HBO Archives. The responsibilities included drafting/reviewing/analyzing a wide range of contracts and collaborating with just about every division of HBO. Pioneered development and licensing of 7 decades of HBO owned footage to outside & internal productions. Formerly, the three-term Co-President of ACSIL. ACSIL is the trade group that represents the leading contemporary/archival footage libraries around the world.
