Aeolan Kelly

Aeolan Kelly's post experience includes commercials, trailers, promos, animation, animatics, documentaries, episodic television, and feature films. She has worked on projects for Paramount, Universal, Sony, Marvel-Lionsgate, The Weinstein Company, Miramax, Hasbro, Jetix Network, Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney, Nicktoons, Warner Brothers, The BBC, ABC, and CBS. In addition to major studios, she has edited for one-man-show type operations, boutique post houses, and done editing on the road. She has been an editor/camera operator (union) at CBS2/ KCAL9, and was part of the creative team at station duopoly's advertising agency, Agency 29. Aeolan is a New York City native. She has written and directed several short films, including the award-winning 35mm short UNDER THE BED. She studied writing at Skidmore College under Pulitzer-Prize winner Steven Millhauser, and graduated with all-school and departmental honors. Outside the editing room she has worked on over 100 filmed projects, in production and on-set, including shoots in New York, Los Angeles, and London. She has taught classes and written course curriculum for the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios, where she was head of their post-production department for two years.
