Biography

Born in New Rochelle, New York, Neil worked for years as a Creative Editor for The Image Bank in New York City for which he won a gold medal in The 1997 New York Festivals. He has since become a Director and Cinematographer for Getty Images, the largest stock footage company in the world. His work as a Director of Photography can be seen on HBO, VH-1, MTV, NFL Films, Fox Sports, NBC, Bravo, A&E, BET, TLC, as well as numerous commercials and shorts. His feature films include "Games People Play," "Bono," "The Gospel According to Lou," "Nebbish," and "Chez Risque." Neil directed his first feature film, "All Screwed Up" in the summer of 2006. He has worked with the likes of Paul Newman, Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, P. Diddy, 50 Cent, Barry Sonnefeld, Gwen Stefani, Jesse McCartney, Doug E. Fresh, Vinny Pastore, Gary Coleman, among others. In addition to "The Working Girl.com," his feature documentary work includes "Ocracoke," "Stonewall-30 Years Later," "For God & Country," "Dance in New York," "Jane Doherty Investigates," as well as "Telling Nicholas," the Emmy award winning film, premiering on HBO in May of 2002.
